O C.E.H.A. promove no Funchal de 3 a 7 de Setembro de 2001, um Seminário Internacional sobre a "Autonomia e a História das Ilhas". Com este encontro pretende-se realçar a importância da realidade insular na evolução do actual sistema político. Ao mesmo tempo pretende-se que este encontro seja uma tribuna de debate da autonomia numa perspectiva histórica, através do confronto das diversas realidades.
As inscrições deverão ser feitas até ao dia 1 de Dezembro de 200, de acordo com o modelo de ficha abaixo.

The C.E.H.A. promotes in Funchal(Madeira Island) 3 the 7 of September of 2001, an International Seminary on the " Autonomy and the History of the Islands ". With this meeting it is intended to enhance the importance of the islands in the evolution of the political system. At the same time it is intended that this meeting is a tribune of debate of the autonomy in a historical perspective, through the confrontation of the diverse realities
